I have found the most joy working with people one-on-one, designing customized yoga programs tailored to an individual's specific needs. 

Whether you are a long-time yoga practitioner or completely new to yoga, you are almost certain to benefit from a customized yoga program designed to suit your individual needs. Although yoga can benefit anyone at any age, individualized attention is especially helpful as we age. 

If you have an injury or other condition, indiviudally tailored yoga practices used in conjunction with your other treatment(s) have the potential to further improve your quality of life and lead to optimal health. If you are dealing with a specific condition, at our first meeting I will devise an initial yoga routine specifically for you, to practice on your own. At periodic follow-up meetings, I will assess your progress, refine or add to your yoga plan, and encourage your continued healing journey.
